Dynamic Group provides petroleum logistics services including but not limited to:

• Petroleum product transportation and delivery
• Fleet management services
• Supply chain logistics
• Storage and handling services
• Consulting and advisory services

3. Service Agreements

All services are provided subject to separate service agreements which may contain additional terms and conditions. In case of conflict between these general terms and specific service agreements, the service agreement terms shall prevail.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with agreed terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

6. Liability and Insurance

Dynamic Group maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for our operations. However:

• Our liability is limited to the terms specified in service agreements
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for their goods
• Claims must be reported within specified timeframes

7. Safety and Compliance

We are committed to the highest safety standards:

• All operations comply with relevant safety regulations
• Regular safety training and equipment maintenance
• Environmental protection measures are strictly followed
• Incident reporting and investigation procedures are in place

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of Dynamic Group. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and maintain strict confidentiality agreements. Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of business.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified therein. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Return of confidential materials may be required

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
